Our brand PLASTAR is a supplier of high-quality plastic film blowing machine and extrusion equipment. Located in Zhejiang Province, China, we have a strong global presence and have installed our machines in manufacturing facilities around the world.
During these years, we have been working with a prominent Saudi plastic company to provide them with film blowing machines for the production of trash bags. PLASTAR wanted to upgrade their existing film blowing capabilities to increase production, improve product quality and reduce operating costs for their trash bag production line. Their previous machines were outdated, inefficient, and frequently broke down, which limited their ability to meet growing customer’s demand.
After evaluating multiple film blowing machine suppliers, the Saudi customer selected our company's double-layer AB-1700 film blowing machine. We worked closely with the customer company's production team to custom configure the double-layer AB-1700 to their specific needs, including adjusting the die size and airflow to their trash bag film formulation. Our technical experts also provided on-site installation, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration into their production facility.
The investment in the AB-1700 has enabled the Saudi company to significantly increase the efficiency and profitability of their trash bag business. They are able to better meet the growing needs of their customers while reducing their environmental impact through more efficient operations.
